About The Role

Senior Consultant – Healthcare Advisory Services – London & South East (with UK-wide travel as needed)
Currie & Brown, a global leader in construction and physical asset management consultancy, is growing its Healthcare Advisory Services team and is looking for talented Senior Consultants to support major healthcare infrastructure programmes across London, the Southeast, and the wider UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the NHS estate and healthcare services, working on some of the UK’s most high-profile healthcare capital projects. Working as part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO, you’ll be right in the heart of a team, providing innovative solutions and facilitating delivery that drives meaningful change for patients, staff, and communities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in PMO/ programme management, healthcare consultancy or related sectors
- Ability to facilitate PMO/ programme management processes including supporting multiple workstreams, maintaining RAID logs, reporting on progress and coordinating meetings and actions as part of a dynamic PMO/ project controls team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives, NHS clients, and government bodies
- Excellent written skills, able to produce high-quality, accessible reports, presentations and business case content
- Knowledge of UK healthcare sector policies, including NHS guidance, HM Treasury Green Book principles, and Department of Health & Social Care frameworks
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business growth
