Regional Lead for Infrastructure, South West England
Location: Bristol or Cardiff area (hybrid working across the South West).
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic South West Regional Lead to drive our infrastructure business forward. You will lead an established team, champion growth into new sectors, and ensure our work aligns with the National Infrastructure Plan. This is a key leadership role with the scope to shape strategy, inspire others, and make a real impact.

- Develop and implement a regional strategy supporting our national objectives
- Expand our portfolio into Defence, Utilities, Highways, Aviation and Energy
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team
