We are seeking ambitious and motivated Quantity Surveyors/Cost verification consultants and project cost audit analysts with UK infrastructure/rail experience to join our team, especially for projects with HS2, Network Rail, EDF, and in the Middle East. Roles are available at all levels, from newly MRICS qualified QS to Associate/Associate Directors.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure, utilities, or complex construction projects over £100m.
- Knowledge of NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts.
- Experience working within a project delivery team, either as a client or consultancy.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and deliver high standards in challenging environments, with a proactive approach to learning, mentoring, and supporting bids.
- Alignment with our values, professionalism, and ambition.
Skills and Attributes:
- Professional membership (RICS, ICE, etc.) or working towards it.
- Experience in UK civil engineering/construction projects.
- Experience in cost audit and control for rail or transport infrastructure.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, diligent, assertive, and commercially savvy.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
