Currie & Brown is seeking talented professionals to join our London-based Building Surveying team, particularly those with MEP experience who are looking to broaden their expertise within the built environment. Our Building Surveying team delivers a wide range of professional and project services across multiple sectors. We are particularly interested in candidates with MEP knowledge and experience, as this expertise adds significant value to the multidisciplinary solutions we provide for our clients.
Working within a collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills, gain valuable client-facing experience, and contribute to complex projects from inception through to completion. This role offers exposure to a breadth of responsibilities not always available within traditional MEP-focused positions, providing an excellent platform for career development and progression.
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:
- BSc in building surveying or equivalent
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Proficient skills in the use of AutoCAD and NBS beneficial
- Experience in the higher education, local government and healthcare sectors beneficial
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients beneficial
- Well-developed skills in the areas of surveys, project management, clerk of works, repairs and maintenance beneficial
