About The Role

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our project and programme management team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to grow into a future leader, and committed to delivering high standards of service, successful client outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing full consultant teams to deliver construction projects for clients
- Leading and expanding the Leeds project management team
- Planning and monitoring project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Applying and overseeing project control and administration systems in line with company standards
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring requirements and approvals are met
- Managing end-to-end project execution, defining goals, roles, and deliverables
- Ensuring integration of design, construction, and commissioning processes
- Managing change control processes towards successful project completion
- Reporting on project cost, schedule, safety, and performance
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Professional membership (chartered or incorporated status)
- Experience managing new-build, fit-out, or refurbishment projects, especially in commercial sectors including retail, infrastructure, residential, healthcare, etc.
- Experience across all project delivery stages
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly APM
- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal support
- Experience with JCT or NEC contracts
