Associate Cost Consultant | MEP or CSA | Dublin
Currie & Brown, one of the world’s leading physical asset management and construction consultancies, is looking for talented Cost Consultants and Senior Cost Consultants to join our Dublin MEP team.
You’ll work on high-profile MEP and data centre projects, providing trusted cost advice, delivering commercial excellence, and supporting our reputation as a preferred service provider. From feasibility to final account, you’ll help our clients achieve exceptional outcomes while developing your skills in a collaborative, innovation-led environment.
What We’re Looking For

BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
MRICS / MSCSI qualified (or working towards)
Experience in MEP or CSA projects within data centres or other complex sectors (healthcare, offices, residential, hospitality, fit out, refurbishment)
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in CostX (or other cost planning software)
Understanding of sustainability and data skills (e.g., carbon assessment, Power BI)
Contract administration skills
Pre- and post-contract experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Organised, proactive, and commercially astute team player with a can‑do attitudeWhat You’ll Do

Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
Deliver commissions and professional assignments to the highest standard
Work proactively with project leaders to set objectives and priorities
Maintain effective communication and financial control across projects
Undertake commercial management services with minimal supervision
