About The Role Currie liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control β’ Assisting with commercial management services β’ Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner β’ Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects β’ Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships What skills and attributes are we looking for from you: β’ Technical delivery experience gained within the construction industry β’ Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills β’ Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute β’ A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible β’ BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent β’ Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous β’ Experience of fit-out projects β’ Risk management qualifications or experience About You About Us Why choose Currie
