The role what is it we would like you to do?
- Providing support to the development of our physical asset management activity
- Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
- Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
- Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with managers to ensure efficient financial control
- Undertaking consultancy and lenders technical advisor roles
- Assisting with facilities management procurement, PPP contract management and FM strategic reviews and management
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you
- Relevant chartered status preferred
- A minimum of five years relevant PPP management experience within the public and/or private sectors
- Specific knowledge in both client technical advisor roles and lender due diligence pre-contract (pre-financial close) and operational monitoring, including commercial management of transactions, payment mechanism and project risks
- Ability to act client-facing to public sector clients (eg local authorities/NHS) and private sector clients (eg lenders/SPVs) in relation to PPP and FM activity
- An understanding and experience of PPP procurement delivery
- Track record in managing external consultants
- Commercial awareness
- Strong leadership, teamwork and negotiating skills
- Excellent people management, relationship and influencing skills
- Diplomacy, empathy and integrity
- Good communication skills
