The role what is it we would like you to do?

  • Providing support to the development of our physical asset management activity
  • Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
  • Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
  • Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities
  • Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with managers to ensure efficient financial control
  • Undertaking consultancy and lenders technical advisor roles
  • Assisting with facilities management procurement, PPP contract management and FM strategic reviews and management

What skills and attributes are we looking for from you

  • Relevant chartered status preferred
  • A minimum of five years relevant PPP management experience within the public and/or private sectors
  • Specific knowledge in both client technical advisor roles and lender due diligence pre-contract (pre-financial close) and operational monitoring, including commercial management of transactions, payment mechanism and project risks
  • Ability to act client-facing to public sector clients (eg local authorities/NHS) and private sector clients (eg lenders/SPVs) in relation to PPP and FM activity
  • An understanding and experience of PPP procurement delivery
  • Track record in managing external consultants
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and negotiating skills
  • Excellent people management, relationship and influencing skills
  • Diplomacy, empathy and integrity
  • Good communication skills
