About The Role
Are you ready to shape the future of infrastructure across England & Wales? We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and team leadership in our infrastructure business. You will work with senior directors and national leaders to deliver impactful projects in Rail, Aviation, Highways, Utilities, Defence, and Energy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategy, aligned with regional and national plans
- Define key sub-markets and focus areas
- Set and achieve growth targets for revenue, headcount, and market penetration
- Oversee financial management, including full P&L accountability, budgeting, and reporting
- Champion operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team, expand our client base and strengthen relationships across key sectors. Foster collaboration with national leaders to secure major programmes and share best practice and represent EAW Infrastructure at internal and external forums, promoting our capabilities and values.
