Currie & Brown is currently looking for a leader in Project Management for an exciting portfolio of works across Healthcare, Life Science & Labs, Residential in London and the Southeast. We deliver some of London’s largest and most high-profile schemes, and we’re looking for a proven leader looking to make the next step with their career. With a mix of project leadership, business acumen and work winning, we want to grow the next member of our Senior Leadership Team in Project Management. There’s no glass ceiling and with the right mix of care, drive and accountability, you’ll join a high performing team to lead but also learn from.
You’ll be joining a team which prides itself on taking ownership and managing key relationships with clients, so we truly understand what matters to them and can shape our advice and delivery to suit their needs.
Your core duties will involve:
- Managing the design and construction phases of the design and fit-out of multi-sited projects
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders from the client and customer teams including, property services, designers, contractors, FM and building management and security consultants.
- Leading the coordination of the design of the customer fit-out against the clients design guides and constraints.
- Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
- Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
- Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:
- Technical delivery experience gained within the construction industry
- BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent
- Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous
- Experience of fit-out projects
- Risk management qualifications or experience
