The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic South West Regional Lead to drive our infrastructure business forward. You will lead an established team, champion growth into new sectors, and ensure our work aligns with the National Infrastructure Plan. This is a key leadership role with the scope to shape strategy, inspire others, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a regional strategy supporting our national objectives
- Expand our portfolio into Defence, Utilities, Highways, Aviation and Energy
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team
- Build strong client relationships and develop new partnerships
- Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Ensure financial control and achievement of growth targets
- Support cross-regional initiatives and joint bidding efforts
