Currie & Brown, a global leader in construction and physical asset management consultancy, is growing its Risk Advisory Services team and is looking for an experienced Lead Project Risk Manager to support major programmes and projects across London and the wider UK.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the transformation of public programmes, contributing to some of the UK’s most significant capital projects while gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of sectors. From the development, maintenance and monitoring of all Risk Management activities, you’ll deliver expert advice, innovative solutions, and trusted leadership that drives meaningful change for your programmes, projects and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a consultancy, risk management, or related sectors
  • Experience of working on UK infrastructure or similar process driven sectors
  • Ability to lead existing or develop new risk management processes, including supporting multiple workstreams, reporting on progress, and coordinating meetings and actions
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting QRAs using industry standard tools (i.e. SafranRisk, PRA, @Risk, etc.) and interpreting outputs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives, clients, project technical teams, or governing bodies
  • Excellent written skills, able to produce high-quality, accessible risk reports and quantitative risk analysis summaries
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Ability to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business growth

Essential Qualifications

A project related qualification in: Project Management / Risk Management / Value Management / Programme Management / IRM / Axelos M_o_R / IVM / APM / MSP / PRINCE2 / etc.
