About Us:

We are The Beauty Tech Group (TBTG), a global leader in beauty technology, dedicated to revolutionising the way consumers experience beauty and skincare. Our portfolio includes some of the most innovative brands in beauty tech, delivering cutting-edge devices that empower individuals to achieve professional-level results at home. As pioneers in the beauty technology space, we are home to multiple brands, including Tria and ZIIP, two industry-leading names that have redefined beauty device innovation.

As we continue to disrupt the beauty market with innovations, category expansion and expert service, we are building a team to drive our growth over the coming years from our Headquarters in Cheshire, England.

About the Team:

Our IT team is key to the success of The Beauty Tech Group seamlessly blending technology with innovation to create the best shopping experience for our customers. We move fast, think big, and build smart—creating seamless, high-performing digital experiences that keep up with the ever-evolving beauty industry.

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone to own and optimise the external technology ecosystem powering operations across CurrentBody, Tria Laser, and ZIIP Beauty.

This is a practical, hands-on role managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our systems work seamlessly—rather than focusing on high-level strategy. You’ll be the in-house expert on our operational software—working closely with external providers, ensuring smooth integrations, and keeping everything running efficiently across our brands.

You won’t be coding, but you’ll need to understand how systems fit together, identify inefficiencies, and help internal teams get the most out of our tech stack. Sitting within the operations team but working very closely with the dev team, this role is all about making sure our technology works for the business, not the other way around.

  1. Maintaining a well-integrated, reliable tech stack that supports seamless operations across our three brands.
  2. Building strong relationships with our technology partners that drive continuous improvement.
  3. Reducing operational friction through smart system integrations.
  4. Empowering teams with the tools and knowledge to leverage our technology investments effectively.
  5. Establishing yourself as the go-to person for connecting technological solutions with operational needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Prior experience working with operations software in e-commerce or retail environments.
  2. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture of how systems connect and interact.
  3. Passion for driving efficiency and identifying automation opportunities that improve operations.
  4. Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with technology partners and internal stakeholders.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new software platforms.
  6. Experience working with e-commerce and operational systems (familiarity with any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential: Shopify Plus, BrightPearl, Peoplevox, Scurri, or integration platforms).

Some of our Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Staff Discount
  • Supported Studies
  • EAP Scheme
  • Regular Social Events
  • On-site subsidised gym (Alderley Park HQ)
  • Cycle to Work Scheme

What happens next?

Our talent acquisition team will be in touch if you’re successful so keep an eye on your emails. We’ll arrange a short call to learn more about you, as well as answer any questions you have. If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll share your CV with the hiring manager to review. Our interview process is tailored to each role but typically you can expect a two-stage interview process:

  1. 1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
  2. 2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.

As an inclusive employer please do let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments.
