About the Role:
The role will be focusing on design for packaging and retail across the brand this will include.
– Ability to concept fresh & exciting packaging designs for New Product Development and existing product lines.
– Concept & execute striking retail POS and brand experiences that comply with brand and store guidelines.
– Liaise with suppliers, ensuring print-ready files meet specific specifications.
– Maintain quality control and drive continuous improvement in packaging design across brands.
– Evolving and pushing the in-store vision across brands.
– Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a design role, ideally with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products.
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and retail design projects.
Strong understanding of packaging and print processes.
Experience with 3D software for mockups (nice to have).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments and collaborate on creative projects.
