University Hall (Uni Hall) is UWA’s residential college located on the Crawley campus, home to more than 750 students. Ideally situated near the Swan River and Kings Park, Uni Hall is a central part of the University’s student experience. - Coordinate and deliver a dynamic program of cocurricular activities that enhances student wellbeing, belonging, leadership and academic success within a vibrant residential community.
- Play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive living-learning environment, providing pastoral care and guidance to a diverse cohort of student residents.
- Contribute to building a strong University Hall community by partnering with stakeholders and supporting student engagement, retention and overall experience.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience working with young adults in complex or community-focused environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events or programs, with an understanding of student wellbeing and development needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute positively within a team.
- Passion for supporting student success, fostering inclusive communities, and enhancing the overall student experience.

Ability to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends. This role operates on an afternoon to evening roster.
