About the opportunity
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of UWA’s reward strategy, ensuring remuneration frameworks, recognition approaches and workforce capability initiatives support attraction, retention, performance and long-term workforce sustainability.
- Support the strategic direction and delivery of enterprise learning and capability initiatives, including foundational capability uplift and mandatory training, aligned to UWA’s workforce strategy, culture and future organisational needs.
- Lead the development of enterprise workforce planning frameworks, providing forward-looking workforce insights, capability forecasting and strategic advice to inform workforce priorities, succession planning and future workforce capability needs across the University.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development, psychology, business or a related discipline, or equivalent senior professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise workforce planning, capability, learning, reward or organisational development initiatives within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of the connection between workforce capability, reward, performance and organisational strategy, with the ability to translate workforce insights into practical enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders on workforce, capability and organisational priorities.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience embedding enterprise initiatives across diverse operating environments.
