About the opportunity
Lead and enhance UWA’s enterprise employee experience approach, including employee engagement initiatives, using workforce insights and feedback to inform priorities, strengthen organisational culture, and support continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. Drive enterprise performance and development initiatives, including frameworks, programs and capability uplift that support high performance, career growth and leadership effectiveness. Lead the evolution and embedding of UWA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), partnering across People & Culture and the broader University to strengthen attraction, engagement and retention outcomes.
About you
You will be a strategic and collaborative people leader with strong experience driving enterprise culture, engagement and development initiatives within complex organisations. You will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development, psychology, business or a related discipline, or equivalent senior professional experience.
- Significant experience leading enterprise initiatives across employee engagement, performance and development, organisational culture, or employee experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use employee insights, engagement data and workforce trends to inform strategy, influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading complex organisational initiatives and embedding sustainable people practices across diverse environments.
