A growing and well-established L500 ranked London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and lease extensions.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercial and proactive approach to transactions
