A well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Lawyer to join its growing remote team. The Role Manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property disputes. Advise on landlord and tenant matters, possession claims, boundary disputes, rights of way and other property litigation issues. Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and settlement agreements. Conduct negotiations, ADR and represent clients in court where required. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service. About You 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Property Litigation Lawyer. Strong background in property litigation and dispute resolution. Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
