About the Role
We are looking for two Client Account Executives to work on a fractional basis. Each will work two days per week, typically on vacation Saturday and Sunday. Your performance will help achieve and surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer and prospect inquiries.
- Process registration forms and liaise with compliance and other internal departments.
- Handle queries, administration tasks, communications and all other activities that impact the customers’ account‑opening experience.
- Identify and develop trading opportunities with newly registered customers and document these opportunities in Salesforce for the dealing team.
- Apply all KYC, AML and Data Protection policies and ensure full compliance, acting as the first line of defence against fraud and scams.
- Build rapport with customers quickly, empathetically and understand their key concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our key partners and of important daily market events.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills and an in‑depth knowledge of our products, services and markets.
- Sales and customer service experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Confidence working with numbers and a strong work ethic.
- A team player with excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to operate autonomously and embrace new responsibilities.
