Through our Currencies Direct and TorFX brands we've been helping people do just that for over 25 years. With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money internationally for real estate and other international investments even easier.

Currencies Direct specialises in international payments, helping customers move money across borders. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our affiliate partnership network in the UK legal and residential property sectors by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. Understanding prospective partners' business, needs and requirements will enable you to promote CD's value proposition and deliver tailored solutions. This role has a B2B2C focus, we work with our affiliate partners who in turn refer their clients to us.

This position is remote. We're seeking candidates based in Northern England or Scotland who are able to cover client visits to legal partners in these areas. Candidates based in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow or Edinburgh are preferred. Some travel to London is also required.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective partners within the legal and residential property sectors and related industries.
  • Outbound sales to new partnership opportunities and prospective partners already in CRM who have engaged with Currencies Direct in the past.
  • Online and in-person meetings, conference attendance and presentations to win new business or to train and onboard new partners.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrable record of Business Development success.
  • An existing network within the legal, conveyancing or wealth management sector.
  • Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Experience in negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Working knowledge of the legal and residential property sectors, and key participants.

Bonus Points

  • Extensive sales experience within the legal sector is a strong advantage.
  • Sales experience or a track record in selling a financial service or working in partnerships.
  • Established partner and business network in the legal or residential property sector.
