Hybrid: office, home and community-based working What’s the role?
As a Project Surveyor you will take ownership of repair projects providing technical solutions for residents.
You will provide a full range of surveying functions and support to maintain assets, ensuring that repair works are delivered within budget constraints and controls, and against quality standards.
What will I have to do?
- Carry out pre work surveys, including damp and mould surveys to identify repairs and maintenance requirements
- Provide detailed reports and specifications of works to contractors and internal teams to remedy defects identified.
- Ensuring effective use of NHF SOR’s to accurately accrue costs
- Provide effective project management until completion of work, ensuring the customer experience and quality standards are understood, maintained and developed.
- Work closely with the local authority planning departments, ensuring the design, specification and delivery of works is carried out in accordance with statutory requirements including listed building compliance.
- Work closely with leaseholders to ensure standards of repairs are met in a timely manner and that repair projects comply with legal procedures to recover costs appropriately.
