At Curo, we\’re building organisational capability that transforms how we deliver homes and services – we need a Learning and Organisational Development Partner to deliver the onboarding experience and develop the colleagues and managers who drive our success.

This isn\’t about delivering training courses. You\’ll be the experienced professional who owns our onboarding journey, working closely with our Organisational Development Lead to ensure every colleague and manager has the competence and confidence to excel from day one and beyond.

You\’ll manage quarterly development cycles, deliver programmes for manager cohorts, and create the Curo learning brand that makes development accessible, engaging and impactful for everyone.

What you\’ll be doingYou\’ll be the learning professional who delivers development experiences that build organisational capability, with equal focus on colleague and manager excellence.

Owning the complete onboarding journey for new colleagues and internal movers

Managing quarterly cycles of new manager development, applying frameworks to specific needs

Delivering skills assessments and creating personalised learning pathways

Mapping colleague movements to learning requirements using our competency frameworks

Manager and Colleague Development

Running action‐learning sets and organising manager cohorts for peer learning

Providing coaching support to increase competence and confidence across all levels

Delivering development programmes that build high‐performing teams and individual capability

Continuously evaluating and improving: is learning designed well, engaging, delivered effectively, and accessible?

Learning Experience Design

Creating the Curo learning brand that makes development engaging and accessible

Using our Learning Management System (SkillGate) to deliver core skills like digital competency, data protection, EDI, and manual handling

Innovating learning delivery – from gamified trades training to recorded sessions

Ensuring all learning is inclusive and meets diverse colleague needs

Performance Optimisation

Using frameworks to map what\’s required for optimal performance across all roles

Managing quarterly cycles of identifying learning needs and delivering solutions

Collaborating with the OD Lead (Learning & Performance) to ensure strategic alignment

Measuring impact and continuously improving the learning experience

More about youWe\’re looking for an experienced learning professional who understands what colleagues and managers need to succeed and can deliver development experiences that build real organisational capability. You\’re experienced enough to know what competence looks like and passionate about making learning engaging and accessible.

CIPD membership or equivalent professional learning qualification

Experience leading manager development programmes and onboarding processes

Strong understanding of what managers need to be competent and confident

Skills in Learning Management Systems and digital learning design

Experience running cohorts, action‐learning sets, or group development programmes

Ability to create engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences
