We are recruiting for two positions

Your Expertise. Our Transformation. Exceptional Outcomes.

At Curo, we\’re in year two of rebuilding how we deliver homes and services – and we\’re recruiting two experienced Organisation Development Leads who are ready to shape our organisational culture and capability.

This isn\’t about delivering programmes within established frameworks. You\’ll be building organisational capability from the ground up, working as part of a dynamic partnership to create lasting impact in an organisation that measures success by homes improved and communities strengthened.

What you\’ll be doing

Working as part of our OD team, you\’ll own one of two distinct workstreams while collaborating to shape a culture where every colleague feels inspired to deliver outstanding results.

  • Creating learning curriculum that builds capability across the organisation
  • Developing leadership and management programmes that create real impact
  • Developing performance management frameworks that drive excellence
  • Managing our Learning Management System and setting content standards

Workstream 2: Engagement & Culture

  • Building recognition programmes that celebrate excellence and motivate teams
  • Using engagement data to improve colleague engagement and organisational performance
  • Designing inclusion and belonging initiatives that ensure every colleague can thrive
  • Creating capability plans that prepare us for future skills challenges.

What you\’ll get in return

Beyond your salary and the opportunity to transform how we work, you\’ll get:

  • 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
  • Your birthday off as an extra holiday
  • Up to 10% matched pension contribution
  • Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
  • Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing

More about you

We\’re looking for experienced OD professionals ready to step up from delivering programmes within established frameworks to designing and building organisational capability from the ground up.

Essential for both workstreams:

  • CIPD Chartered Membership (Level 7) or equivalent professional qualification/experience
  • Commercial understanding with problem-solving mindset and ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience using data-driven insights to support organisational improvements

For Learning & Performance workstream:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent level of experience
  • Qualified coach at Level 5 or equivalent
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems
  • Track record of developing leadership programmes that deliver business impact

For Engagement & Culture workstream:

  • Track record of building recognition programmes that drive performance
  • Experience developing inclusion and belonging strategies
  • Proven ability to use engagement data to influence organisational culture
