Curo is seeking a Commercial Works Manager to lead three in-house teams handling major repairs across our homes, including roofing, paths, walls and fencing. You will ensure jobs are planned, specified and completed to a high standard.
You will also manage the service budget, drive efficiency, and coach Team Leaders to grow in confidence and capability. The role combines hands-on leadership with a strong commercial focus and effective collaboration with Asset Management.
