Your Work Ethic. Our Communities. Spaces Transformed.

Love working outdoors and want to make a real difference to where people live? Our Groundworks team maintains and repairs the outdoor spaces that matter to our residents across Bath, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire - and we need people who take pride in hands-on work to join us. If you prefer being outside to being stuck indoors and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, this could be perfect.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of three, fixing the paths, walls and fences that keep our communities safe and looking their best.

What you'll be doing:

  • Starting each day from your team van and travelling to properties across the region
  • Working outdoors in all weathers as part of a supportive three-person team
  • Repairing and replacing damaged sections of paths, fixing cracks and making surfaces safe
  • Helping repair fencing including posts and panels to keep boundaries secure
  • Assisting with brickwork repairs and pointing on existing walls
  • Supporting multi-trade colleagues with small drainage repairs and installations
