This practical, hands‑on role places you right at the heart of our communities. Working as part of a supportive team across our Bath estates, you’ll help ensure that shared spaces are free from bulk waste and that our grounds are maintained to an excellent standard. From removing unwanted furniture to cutting back overgrown bushes, you’ll take on a wide variety of tasks that keep our estates looking their best. Whatever the weather, you’ll play a key part in making our neighbourhoods cleaner, safer and more welcoming every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Removing bulk waste items like furniture, white goods and handling fly‑tipping across our estates
- Grounds maintenance including strimming, cutting back bushes and clearing overgrown areas
- Removing moss from pathways and maintaining access routes to keep them safe for residents
- Cleaning communal areas including stairwells, entrances and shared outdoor spaces
- Using power tools and equipment (pressure washers, strimmers) to maintain our green spaces
- Performing reactive cleaning tasks to resolve specific complaints or issues
- Carrying out minor repairs like replacing bins or installing bike racks
- Completing paperwork and using our systems to track work and materials
- Working comfortably with physical, practical tasks in an outdoor environment

Essential More about you
- Experience in a customer-facing role where attention to detail matters
- A full, clean UK driving licence for travelling between locations
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and good time management
- Basic familiarity with mobile devices (full training provided on our systems)

- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, gardening or similar hands‑on roles
- Knowledge of health and safety practices when using equipment
