Managing our Kitchen and Facilities team, providing strong performance management, coaching and mentoring.
Overseeing delivery of planned preventative maintenance and ensuring all statutory compliance.
Managing service contracts including cleaning, security, waste and catering suppliers.
Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address maintenance needs quickly.
Standing in for chefs when needed and ensuring food hygiene, safety and allergen compliance.
Managing contractors to ensure work is safe, professional and good value for money.
Taking responsibility for sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency and food waste reduction.
Acting as a key holder with responsibility for duty management, including weekends.
Supporting the events team with setup and breakdown of rental spaces.
We’re looking for someone with excellent team management skills and hospitality experience who can manage both people and processes effectively. You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of this diverse role.
- Strong team management experience
- Experience in catering, hospitality or events management

This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll work 40 hours per week including duty management responsibilities during evenings and weekends. Flexibility with your schedule is essential.
