VCF Architect - VMWare Cloud Foundation, NSX, SC Clearance
Our enterprise client is looking for an experienced VCF Architect to join their team.
Start Date: Sep 2026
Duration: 120 Days
Pay Rate: Competitive (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: Competitive (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: UK wide (Dependent on project - must be willing to travel UK)
NOTE: Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of completing VCF 9.1 design(s)
- Experience of completing VCF 9.0.x/5.2.x design(s)
- Experience of upgrade projects (VCF 5.x to VCF 9.x)
- Broad technical knowledge of entire VCF stack at infrastructure level (VCF/NSX/VCF Operations/VCF Automation/vSphere Supervisor/VCF Operations for Networks/VCF Ops HCX/VKS)
- Deeper technical knowledge of one or more of the above
- Broad understanding of Ansible/Harness/Salt/Kubernetes/GitOps and other automation tooling as well as software development life cycle
- Ability to collaborate with/support global remote team from many different cultures
- Awareness and ability to deal with complexities/politics of multiple vendors and business entities
