We are recruiting for an SC Cleared Project Manager to join a busy IT delivery function that requires additional capacity to support a significant portfolio of projects through to the end of 2026.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until December 2026
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Location: Livingston, Scotland (2 days onsite per week, with additional onsite presence initially if required)
PAYE Rates:
- Pay Rate: £371/day
- Total Daily Earnings: £415/day (includes rolled up holiday at £65/day)
- Umbrella Rate: £480/day
Clearance: SC Clearance is highly desirable
The Role: Due to an exceptionally high volume of project activity, we're looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can quickly integrate into the team and take ownership of multiple IT projects from initiation through to delivery. This is very much a delivery-focused role requiring someone who can drive outcomes, remove blockers, engage stakeholders, and ensure projects maintain momentum. The emphasis is on getting projects delivered rather than adhering to a specific project methodology.
