The Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Advisor to join a busy Payroll Shared Services team, supporting end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions. This is a varied role offering exposure to both in-house and outsourced payroll operations, with responsibility for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery while providing an excellent service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll activities for starters and leavers
- Administer one-off payments, season ticket loans and bicycle loans
- Check and validate payroll changes, including flexible benefits
- Upload and process tax-related payroll information
- Manage sickness absence and statutory absence processes
- Support maternity, paternity and shared parental leave administration
- Assist with payroll processing activities and payroll checks
- Process payroll journals and related financial transactions
