Key Skills & Experience
- Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master or Technical Delivery Lead experience.
- Managing complex technical projects within Banking or Capital Markets.
- Managing both technical delivery and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.
Hands on Software Development
- C or C++ or Java.
- Hands on role: remain technically active and contribute directly to software development.
- Previous experience as Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Principal Engineer or Software Development Manager.
Banking & Trading
- Experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
- Supporting Front Office technology teams.
- Strong understanding of Trading platforms and workflows.
- FX experience essential.
- FICC experience advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with project governance, planning and delivery management.
- PRINCE2, Scrum Master certification or equivalent advantageous.
