We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service. This job is very much a hands-on position. It will include weekend work. There must be full flexibility.

Duties

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards

  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
