At Curium, we specialise in helping organisations to get transformed and stay transformed by integrating hands-on delivery with shifting mindsets and behaviours. We’re currently seeing a strong pipeline of transformation opportunities but are also realistic about timing and conversion. So, whilst we have an immediate need for some roles, rather than over-hiring immediately, we’re taking a different approach. We build and maintain a talent pipeline of transformation consultants who we can onboard as opportunities land.
Here’s how it works:
- We run our full recruitment process upfront
- We give you a clear outcome (successful / not successful)
- If successful, you join our talent pipeline
- We engage you as client work is confirmed
This gives you clarity, and it helps us scale responsibly, for both our clients and our existing team.
We’d love to hear from consultants who:
- Thrive in complex, ambiguous transformation environments
- Bring strong programme and change delivery experience
- Want to work in a boutique, high-impact, employee-owned consultancy
If that sounds like you, drop either Nick Brown or Robert McCracken a message to start the conversation. Alternatively, share your CV and cover letter with recruitment@curiumsolutions.com.
