Join our Oxford Radiopharmacy team and help ensure life-changing medicines are produced safely, compliantly, and to the highest international standards. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a highly regulated, technically advanced environment where quality truly matters.

What You’ll Do:
  • Play a central role in maintaining and improving site quality performance by ensuring production, analytical methods, and documentation comply with GMP, Specials guidance, and international pharmacopoeia standards.
  • Manage and improve key Quality System elements, including Deviations, OOS, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Risk Assessments, and trending.
  • Support batch record review, material release activities, and QP release readiness.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory inspections and internal self-inspections.
  • Oversee validation documentation and ensure equipment and processes meet validation master plan requirements.
  • Support QC and microbiology activities, including environmental monitoring, data review, and OOS investigation.
  • Drive data integrity, SOP lifecycle management, and continuous QMS improvement.
  • Contribute to quality reviews, site quality culture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within Quality Systems in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong, current knowledge of EU GMP requirements.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration ability.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Radiation knowledge (desirable, not essential).
