Join our Radiopharmacy team at UCLH and support the delivery of high-quality medicines in a highly regulated hospital environment. This is a hands‐on role ideal for quality professionals who thrive in fast‐paced, precision‐driven settings.

What You'll Do:

  • Play a key role in maintaining GMP compliance across the Quality Management System and QC laboratory by:
  • Ensuring production, analytical methods, and documentation comply with GMP, Specials guidance, and pharmacopeia standards (EP/BP/SmPC)
  • Supporting core QMS processes including Deviations, OOS, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Recalls, and Risk Assessments
  • Performing and reviewing QC and microbiology testing, including environmental monitoring and sterility data review
  • Supporting batch release activities and acting as Releasing Officer under delegation
  • Leading and supporting Root Cause Analysis and CAPA identification
  • Maintaining inspection readiness and supporting regulatory and customer audits
  • Managing validation activities, protocols, and ensuring the Validation Master Plan remains current
  • Maintaining QC equipment calibration, maintenance schedules, and laboratory stock levels
  • Driving data integrity, logbook management, and archiving of QC and batch documentation
  • Supporting training compliance for personnel performing QC activities
  • Coordinating and supporting internal self‐inspections

Qualifications:

  • Science degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related)
  • 2–3 years' experience in Radiopharmacy QA/QC or GMP pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong practical laboratory capability
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a clinical manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Radiation knowledge (desirable)
  • Willingness to work shifts
