Join Our Team as a Compliance Production Assistant! Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and excited by the idea of helping products reach a global audience safely and successfully? We are looking for a Compliance Production Assistant to play a key role in supporting both our Compliance and Production teams.
In this role, you’ll help ensure every product we supply meets the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll maintain accurate technical files, check that all safety documentation is complete, and support the smooth running of our manufacturing schedules. Your work will directly contribute to delivering fully compliant, ready-to-market products worldwide.

Main Duties- Supporting the Compliance team with administrative tasks related to safety: preparing Safety Assessments, Declarations of Conformity, completing documents for customer-specific testing, gathering documents and uploading to customer portals.
- Working closely with the Procurement and Production departments to assist with compliance administration.
- Assisting Sales team with completing declarations for customers and helping with estimating costs for safety testing.
- Managing the compliance inbox, answering and escalating compliance queries (internal and external) to the relevant contacts.
- Responsible for data input into Dynamics test reports, BOMs (Bills of Materials).
- Filing test reports, BOMs, Safety Data Sheets, and other relevant documents from testing labs and from suppliers on shared drive.
- Communicating with suppliers to request relevant documentation, monitoring responses and ensuring they arrive as per agreed deadlines.
- Support the implementation of a new document management system by assisting with the transfer and tagging of safety certification records.
- Requesting test quotes from the test labs and/or supporting Production team with reviewing test quotes.
- Managing the Purchase Requests, raising POs for testing and submitting for approval.
- Completing TRFs (Test Request Forms) for testing and submitting to Production team.
- Flexible and adaptable to the growing demands of an expanding business.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- IT skills - proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
