- Operations Administrator
- Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to be part of our collaborative team!
You will be working to maintain strong customer relationships across Key Accounts whilst providing administrative support to the Operations, Sales and Shipping team.
- Main responsibilities
- Providing excellent administrative and Customer Service support to a range of accounts around the World, both business to business and business to customer.
- You will be processing orders, responding to internal and external queries, ensuring customer requirements are adhered to and maintaining key customer relationships.
- You will be responsible for booking in customer orders, coordinating with customers and their logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Day to day communication with our third party warehouse, importing orders, responding to queries and preparing and handling shipping documents.
- General administrative duties including, but not limited to, handling emails, raising invoices, checking paperwork and input of data.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum C grade in GCSE English and Maths
- Computer literate with good Excel skills
- Experience within an administrative/customer service role is preferred
- Proactive self starter with ability to manage a substantial workload
- Confidence and a good communicator
- Initiative, honesty and integrity
- Positive can-do attitude within a fast-changing environment

This role is based in our Bath office. Please be based in the UK and within commuting distance of Bath.
