We are looking for Sous Chefs with the following:
- At least 4 years experience as a Sous Chef in a similar upmarket venue both assisting the head chef and leading the team
- Experience working an open flame grill (we have a Josper grill) cooking steaks & other meat in an upmarket venue
- Passion for cooking with a desire to develop your knowledge and culinary skills further
- Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
- Hard working and reliable with an excellent work ethic
- Team player who loves to help and offer support to your teammates
- Always strives for excellence and consistency
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen with high standards
- Good understanding of Food Safety and H&S procedures
- Good communication skills
