Responsibilities Driving: Drive the Formula 1 car to its maximum potential in races, qualifying sessions, and test sessions, achieving competitive results. Car Development: Provide detailed and accurate feedback to engineers on car performance, handling, and any issues encountered. Race Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute race strategies, adapting to changing conditions and competitor actions. Testing and Simulation: Participate in simulator sessions and on-track testing to evaluate new components, setups, and develop the car. Physical and Mental Fitness: Maintain peak physical and mental fitness to withstand the extreme demands of Formula 1 racing. Media and Public Relations: Represent the team and sponsors positively in media interviews, public appearances, and marketing activities. Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with engineers, mechanics, and other team members to achieve shared goals. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the team\’s values and representing the sport positively. Qualifications Proven Track Record: A successful track record in motorsport, demonstrating competitive driving skills and a strong understanding of racecraft. Super License: Hold a valid FIA Super License, granting eligibility to compete in Formula 1 races. Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and race car technology. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to engineers. Physical and Mental Fitness: Exceptional physical fitness and mental resilience to withstand the demands of Formula 1 racing. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing track conditions, race strategies, and unexpected events. Team Player: A strong team player with the ability to work effectively within a high-pressure environment.
