The studio is focused on pre-planning, SD/DD stages, and selectively taking projects through all stages of design and delivery. The practice offers a non-hierarchical, collaborative culture with a genuine focus on producing high-quality work. Team members enjoy a supportive environment, minimal office politics, and an exceptional foundation of Middle Eastern market knowledge. Design is a collective effort, with all team members contributing to the creative process.
You’ll work closely with Design Directors and Associates, contributing to early-stage design, competitions, and SD/DD packages. Leadership responsibilities are available for ambitious candidates. You'll work alongside an elite team of design architects in a hands-on, creative capacity, refining both design and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to schematic and design development (SD/DD) packages alongside the team and design director.
- Produce high-quality Revit drawings and digital documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, including engineers and MEP specialists.
- Maintain design quality across all project stages.
- Take responsibility for workload, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Produce visualisations and design presentations using Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- 8+ years post-qualification experience, with demonstrable SD/DD project experience.
- ARB/RIBA or EU-accredited architect.
- Middle East project experience preferred, UAE experience advantageous.
- Proven ability to work on large-scale mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
