A high-level project advisory and consultancy operating in the super-prime residential sector is looking for a junior project manager to join its delivery team. Working on behalf of private clients, UHNWIs and family offices, the consultancy provides independent project oversight and delivery governance across complex residential schemes, typically ranging from £5m to £50m+.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1-3 years of relevant experience who is looking to develop their project management career and gain exposure to high-value residential projects.
Responsibilities may include:
- Support projects across RIBA Stages 0-6
- Take ownership of defined project workstreams
- Assist with programmes, reporting, risk and cost tracking
- Coordinate architects, interior designers, QSs, engineers, contractors and consultants
- Attend client and project meetings and follow up on actions
- Support procurement, consultant appointments and scope reviews
- Monitor progress and identify risks and issues
- Assist with contracts, statutory requirements and CDM obligations
- Prepare clear, professional client-facing reports
- Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
- Support senior leadership with project reviews and delivery planning
- Take on increasing responsibility as experience develops
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in real estate, construction or project management
- 1-3 years of relevant project management, architectural, development or construction experience
- Experience in high-end, prime or super-prime residential is highly desirable
- Good understanding of the design and construction process and RIBA stages
- Knowledge of programme management, procurement, contracts, cost control and coordination
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Strong communication (verbal and written), organisation and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with project budgets
- Calm, professional and structured approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Flexible, hands-on and willing to get involved across a range of projects and requirements
