The client is a legacy consultancy based in central London looking to hire a Project Manager. Candidates may come from either an architectural background or a pure project-management background. This opportunity carries significant responsibility, supporting senior leadership in project coordination, liaising with external design studios, consultants, and internal teams, and overseeing the day-to-day direction of multiple super-prime and prime residential projects. Typical construction values range from £1–£50 million. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth project delivery while supporting the firm's long-term growth and strategic objectives.
A key aspect of the position is balancing close daily liaison with UHNWIs with strong process, structure, administration, and project management. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams, guiding projects from pre-feasibility through design and delivery, and ensuring alignment with client expectations throughout. This is an opportunity to step into a client-side project leadership role. It’s a move that takes architects away from the drawing board and into a more organisational, commercial, and facilitation-focused position.
Responsibilities:- Track and manage projects from initial client engagement through launch and day-to-day oversight.
- Develop and analyse briefs for client and project needs as part of team assembly.
- Serve as primary point of contact between the client (UHWNI).
