- Act as a key point of contact for clients, participating in presentations, workshops, and project meetings to communicate design intent and progress.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
- Oversee the successful implementation of interiors on site, maintaining quality, programme, and budget standards.
- Ensure all design and technical outputs meet the studio’s standards for detail, functionality, and craftsmanship.
- RIBA- or ARB-registered architect, Part I/II, or interior architect with a minimum of 6+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential and/or hospitality interiors.
- Strong technical and detailing skills, with experience producing high-quality interior architecture documentation.
- Confident client-facing skills, with experience leading presentations and workshops.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers across complex interior projects.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering design excellence.
This is an opportunity to join a growing studio where your contribution as an Associate Interior Architect will directly shape luxurious, meticulously crafted interiors. You will have the autonomy to lead projects, innovate, and grow within a collaborative and creative environment. This is a five-days-a-week, in-office role.
