The studio is made up of approximately 10 architects, interior designers, and creatives working across residential and hospitality projects from a West London studio. Interior Architecture is a core part of the studio’s design offering, and this role will be instrumental in delivering refined, technically robust, and highly detailed interiors that reflect the studio’s signature craftsmanship and design excellence. The studio encourages creative autonomy, with no fixed house style, and supports a collaborative approach to project outcomes.

This role is suited to an interior architect who is passionate about design, meticulous in delivery, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a specialist, high-end studio team. Responsibilities:
  • Lead interior architecture projects from concept through to detailed design, ensuring cohesion with the studio’s creative vision.
  • Prepare and oversee technical drawings (in AutoCAD), specifications, and documentation, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, participating in presentations, workshops, and project meetings to communicate design intent and progress.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of interiors on site, maintaining quality, programme, and budget standards.
  • Ensure all design and technical outputs meet the studio’s standards for detail, functionality, and craftsmanship.
Skills & Experience:
  • RIBA- or ARB-registered architect, Part I/II, or interior architect with a minimum of 6+ years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience delivering luxury residential and/or hospitality interiors.
  • Strong technical and detailing skills, with experience producing high-quality interior architecture documentation.
  • Confident client-facing skills, with experience leading presentations and workshops.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers across complex interior projects.
  • Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering design excellence.

This is an opportunity to join a growing studio where your contribution as an Associate Interior Architect will directly shape luxurious, meticulously crafted interiors.
