We’re working with a respected London-based architecture studio to find talented Architects and Project Architects to join their team, following a significant new project win. This is an excellent opportunity for architects with a strong interest in residential design to work across all stages—from early feasibility to technical delivery—on thoughtfully conceived housing projects across the UK.
The studio is known for its integrated approach to architecture, landscape, and urban design. You’ll be joining a collaborative team committed to design quality, working on high-profile residential schemes that blend innovation, functionality, and context. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll either contribute as part of a wider team or take on more leadership responsibility, guiding a small group through key project phases.
You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping projects from concept to completion, coordinating with consultants, attending site meetings, and ensuring design integrity throughout.
Responsibilities:- Collaborating on or leading residential projects from concept to completion
- Producing design drawings, planning submissions, and technical documentation
- Preparing tender and construction packages
- Attending site visits and liaising with consultants and contractors
- Presenting ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence
- Ensuring projects meet UK regulations, planning policy, and studio quality standards
- 1–7 years post-qualification UK experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential work and design quality
- Revit and/or MicroStation
- Knowledge of UK building regs and residential planning policy
- Experience across all RIBA stages, especially stages 3–5
