Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
An established provider of complex care is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse to join its team across Greater Manchester.
This is an opportunity for a clinically strong and experienced professional to take responsibility for supporting the safe and effective delivery of complex care packages, while providing guidance and support to the wider care team.
The role would suit someone who enjoys combining clinical leadership with hands‑on involvement, and who is confident working with clients, families, care teams and other healthcare professionals.
Previous experience within complex care, homecare, domiciliary care or community nursing is essential for this role.

The Clinical Lead role:
- Provide clinical oversight across a portfolio of complex care packages
- Support and mentor nurses and care staff working within the community
- Complete clinical assessments, care reviews and risk assessments
- Develop and review person-centred care plans
- Support strong clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with clients, families and multidisciplinary professionals
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams
- Support the safe assessment and mobilisation of new care packages
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement across the service
About you:
We're looking for an experienced nurse who can combine strong clinical knowledge with confident leadership and communication skills.
- RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience within complex care and homecare or community nursing are essential
- Experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk and care planning
- Confidence providing clinical guidance and leadership to care teams
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester
