We are proud to be supporting an outstanding, values‐led care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a small residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities in Bradford. This is a service with an Outstanding CQC rating, a strong and experienced staff team, excellent leadership support, and a genuine focus on doing the right thing for people, not just ticking boxes.
As Registered Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day‐to‐day running of a modern, homely residential service. You'll lead a committed staff team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver truly person‐centred support. This is a hands‐on, visible leadership role, and is ideal for a manager who enjoys being close to the service and making a real difference.
The Registered Manager Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within Learning Disability residential care
- Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- A genuine passion for person‐centred care
- Strong leadership and communication skills – with staff, families and professionals
The Registered Manager Package:
- Salary £34,000 – £40,000, depending on experience
