We are looking for an ambitious and values-driven Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role offers an aspiring Deputy Manager or a Senior ready to step up the chance to embed strong practice, shape the culture, and grow the service the right way.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the children’s residential care home.
- Implement structure, routines, and development plans.
- Embed safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted best practice.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive culture.
- Grow the service and advance the home’s effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ofsted Registered Manager.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care.
- Confidence in implementing structure, routines, and development within a home.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted expectations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS suitable for working with children.
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to enrol.
