Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + twice yearly bonus (up to £3,600)

Role Overview: Deputy Manager, working closely with the Registered Manager, ensuring the home operates to a high standard in line with Ofsted regulations. Leads the team, maintains compliance, and supports young people in achieving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the 4-bed EBD home operates to a high standard and is compliant with Ofsted regulations.
  • Lead and support the team, ensuring effective working relationships and professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support young people to achieve positive outcomes through trauma-informed, attachment-focused care.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
  • Twice yearly bonus (up to £3,600)

About You:

  • Experience within children’s residential care (EBD)
  • Level 3 in health & social care (Children & Young People)
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
  • Experience supporting or leading teams
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
